1. Address Validation and Object Appearance
2. Provide existing data from the historical ZV market:
   • Object searches in ZV database for current procedures or possibly preliminary proceedings
   • Comparable ZV from database with approx. 900,000 appointments
   • Duration of proceedings per property type and district court
   • Recovery rates per property type and county court based on postal code
3. Current market data o property rate / ground value
   • Comparables for rent / purchase prices
   • Market Development / perspectives
   • unemployed data / purchasing power index
